As we wrapped up another successful year of 2024, we are thrilled and delighted to share a recap of our memorable End-of-Year Staff Celebration held at the end the year 2024.

The event, which took place on 21^st, Dec, 2024 at Las Vegas Hotel in Mbarara City, brought together our dedicated staff and esteemed Board of Directors (B.O.D) members for an evening of reflection, gratitude, and joy.

• Capacity Building: This taught staff in strengthening the skills, knowledge, and abilities of individuals and SACCO so they can achieve goals and sustain their progress over time.
• Networking. This was about Connection with other staff and B.O.D members in a relaxed and social setting.
• Award Ceremony: This was about recognizing outstanding Branch and best performing employees who were awarded with gifts.
