JUBILEE SACCO Limited is a registered Financial Institution with a presence in 5 districts of Greater Bushenyi and its main branch located in the Bushenyi – Ishaka Municipality. Driven by our vision of “An Economically Empowered Christian Community,” we are currently seeking competent individuals to fill several vacant positions within our team.

All applicants must possess in-depth knowledge of the SACCO Business Model, its technology, and operations, and must be persons of unquestionable integrity.

1. Credit Supervisor (1 Position)

• Reports to: Credit Manager
• Key Responsibilities: Supervise credit officers, oversee loan administration and appraisals, manage the loan portfolio, monitor overdue loans for recovery, and mitigate credit risks.
• Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related business field (a Post-graduate qualification is an added advantage).
  • Three (3) years of working experience in credit and portfolio management.
  • A credit in English and Mathematics at O’ Level, obtained at the same sitting.

2. Marketing and Sales Supervisor (1 Position)

• Reports to: General Manager
• Key Responsibilities: Supervise the sales team to achieve targets, plan and execute marketing campaigns, build customer relationships, and prepare sales forecasts and reports.
• Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Business computing, or another related business field (Professional certification in marketing/sales is an added advantage).
  • Three (3) years of working experience in marketing and sales, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • A credit in English and Mathematics at O’ Level, obtained at the same sitting.

3. Assistant Credit Officer (3 Positions)

• Reports to: Branch Manager
• Key Responsibilities: Process loan applications, conduct preliminary assessments and field visits, track loan performance, and follow up on delinquent accounts.
• Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Business computing, Social Sciences, or a related business field.
  • Two (2) years of working experience in credit and portfolio management.
  • Valid Driving permit class A.
  • A credit in English and Mathematics at O’ Level, obtained at the same sitting.

4. Sales Agents (5 Positions)

• Reports to: Marketing and Sales Supervisor
• Key Responsibilities: Recruit new SACCO members, market savings and loan products, mobilize deposits, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field from a recognized university.
  • Excellent customer care, listening, and communication skills.
  • A credit in Mathematics and English at O’ Level, obtained at the same sitting.
