Registered under the Cooperatives Act, JUBILEE SACCO was founded in 1997 under West Ankole Diocese and serves 5 districts across Greater Bushenyi, with its main branch in Bushenyi-Ishaka Municipality. Our vision is “An Economically Empowered Christian Community.”

Key Responsibilities

• Member Recruitment & Business Development: Identify and recruit new members, conduct field visits, and execute marketing campaigns.
• Sales & Marketing: Market SACCO savings, loan, and investment products; build strong client relationships; and address inquiries.
• Savings Mobilization: Encourage members to increase deposits and promote special investment opportunities.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records and submit weekly/monthly sales reports tracking performance targets.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma in a business-related field from a recognized institution.
• O’Level Criteria: Credits in both Mathematics and English at O-Level obtained in the same sitting.
• Skills & Attributes: Outstanding customer care, communication, and active listening skills with unquestionable integrity.
